Targeted distribution of the IORJ printed version (about 70 copies of each issue) to the authors, government ministries and agencies, research organizations, scientific departments and libraries of Russian universities.

IORJ is open access journal. The Journals’ archive is available on the Journal’s website: https://iorj.hse.ru/en/ethics.
