Аннотация
Нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты являются важнейшим компонентом схем послеоперационной мультимодальной анальгезии. Их анальгетическая эффективность подтверждена данными доказательной медицины. Появление на российском фармацевтическом рынке внутривенной формы ибупрофена расширяет возможности применения НПВС в схемах послеоперационного обезболивания. Ибупрофен характеризуется высоким анальгетическим потенциалом и оптимальным профилем безопасности в отношении риска развития желудочно-кишечных и сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
