Abstract

Results of the research, which purpose was to evaluate safety and effectiveness of conductive anesthesia under ultrasound control in comparison with traditional method (nerve search with paresthesias) and assessment of the key points, which influence the effectiveness of this method, are presented. Authors made a conclusion that the reasons of 50% of failures are mistakes that associated with anesthesiologist's experience.
