Аннотация
Представлены результаты исследования, целью которого была оценка безопасности и эффективности проводниковой анестезии под УЗ-контролем по сравнению с традиционной методикой (поиск нервов по парестезиям), а также определение ключевых моментов, влияющих на эффективность выполнения данной методики. Авторы работы пришли к выводу, что в структуре причин неудач проводниковой анестезии до 50% занимают ошибки, связанные с опытом анестезиолога.
