The mythology of technologies in Russian legal discourse: Analytics of normative regulation in the fi eld of artifi cial intelligence

Abstract

Introduction. The intensification of technological progress in the modern world has led to the emergence of various discourses related to the capabilities of artificial intelligence systems. This process was accompanied by the creation of a technological myth that continues to take root in the digital space at the present time. Theoretical analysis. Technological myth reveals the cultural context from which it is formed, shows secondary meanings and connotations (R. Barth), performs a predictive function. The research methodology is based on a content analysis of the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation in the field of artificial intelligence. Empirical analysis. Consideration of the problem allowed us to identify the frequency of a Russian legislator’s appeal to the idea of “balance” in relation to pessimistic and optimistic trends in technological discourse. Technoprogressive markers manifested themselves in the form of a desire to spread artificial intelligence systems on the world market, and technopessimistic ones – in establishing the principles of “supervision” and “transparency”. Conclusion. A legislator sees the search for balance and the solution of contradictions in the penetration of ethical foundations into the development of artificial intelligence systems, in the formulation and establishment of fundamental moral and legal principles in the field of technology use. The key point in studying this issue is reflection and the use of methods of a constructive and critical approach to technomythology.

Comprehension of the historical process in the theological heritage of Origen of Alexandria

Abstract

Introduction. Origen of Alexandria is a large Christian thinker who worked in line with the philosophy of Platonism, Neoplatonism and the emerging Christian tradition. He is a significant figure, both in Christian theology and in the history of philosophy, who especially strongly influenced the medieval period of the development of philosophical thought. Although the theologian did not leave an integral historical concept, he constantly addressed the problem of history in his numerous works. A special feature of Origen’s theological ideas about history is the combination of literal and allegorical approaches to it. Theoretical analysis. The author attempts to recreate a holistic picture of Origen’s ideas about the world-historical process on the basis of preserved works. The providential action of God in history is described. The central role of the Divine Logos – Christ is highlighted. Origen’s eschatology is considered separately as the doctrine of the end of world history. The role of the doctrine of universal salvation as the restoration of the original world order and the meaning of the entire world historical process is revealed. Conclusion. The author concludes that human history, according to Origen, is a part of the world cosmological process and the reflection of it on the Earth. It is the result of a global catastrophe and should contribute to the restoration of the original order.

Medicalization of the educational process: Stating the problem

Abstract

Introduction. The spread of medical theories and practices to various spheres of society is becoming a significant factor in the development of society. In the scientific literature this phenomenon is called medicalization. The essence, causes and consequences of medicalization are comprehended in philosophical and bioethical discourses. Medicalized practices are also being introduced into the process of education. Theoretical analysis. Consideration of the problem made it possible to reveal that pedagogical means of solving the problems of education are supplemented or replaced by means of medical influence on the human body. The features of students’ behavior are marked as symptoms of neuropsychiatric diseases that require treatment. Correction of students’ behavior with the help of medical means is associated with the disciplinary nature of education, considered in the biopolitical concept of M. Foucault. The transformation of the cultural understanding of the norm under the influence of natural science theory stands out as a trend of the development of modern science, contributing to the growth of medicalization. Also, the development of the biological concept of psychiatry and the achievements of neuroscience contribute to the medicalization of the process of education. Conclusion. The medicalization of the process of education is followed by new social risks that have philosophical, methodological, social, humanitarian and ethical grounds. It is concluded that it is necessary to conduct a social and humanitarian examination of medicalized educational practices and analyze the compliance of medicalized practices with the goals and objectives of education.

Mathematics and physical reality: The theme of the absence of the “Transcendental Signifi ed” in the language of modern fundamental science

Abstract

Introduction. It is argued that today the expansion of mathematics into the field of physical reality is not being performed in line with the classical paradigm, but in line with the linguistic turn of non-classical philosophy. Theoretical analysis. Such aspect of nature’s “non-fittability” into the conceptual network of mathematics as the problem of asymmetry is explored. It is stated that the world, constructed according to the logic of ideal mathematical symmetries, passes into a state called unmanifested in Hinduism. In the same direction the concept of J. Baudrillard is considered, where the structures of ideal reversibility are supposed to be the most radical way to destroy what exists and the symbol of nothingness. Accordingly, ideal mathematical symmetry describes states thatcannot exist as a physical reality. The settlement of “dense” reality in the mathematical language of theoretical physics is seen in irrational, transcendent and imaginary numbers, in which the ideal reversibility of mathematical operations is violated. Conclusion. The search for “supersymmetry” is regarded as a variation of general language problems. Ideal symmetry in mathematics, “supersymmetry” in fundamental physics, like any “transcendental signified”, can only exist “under the sign of strikeout”. Variations on the theme of diff erance are revealed here. A generating source of difference, according to J. Derrida, is always on the other side of the language.

Science and power in the political philosophy of F. Bacon: From reformism towards social criticism

Abstract

Introduction. The paper gives the analysis of the development of Bacon’s views on the problem of the interrelations between science and the state power. Theoretical analysis. The initial period of this development was linked to Bacon’s attempts of obtaining privileged position in the court circles during Elizabethan reign. In his treatises and speeches of 1580-90s Bacon started a propagandist campaign for the reform of science: in order to create the most effective tool of increasing its power and glory the crown had to realize the futility of scholasticism and the fraud of alchemical enterprises and to support the eff orts of the researchers in improving technologies and discovering the laws of nature. This instrumentalist perspective however gained little support in governmental circles, first of all because of Bacon's sharp criticism of alchemical projects in which the most influential court men were engaged. The next stage of the development of Bacon's ideas started in early 1600s. In his treatises Bacon combined his attacks on alchemy etc. with an ethical & theological doctrine of the values of scientific research. During his spectacular career at Jacobean court Bacon exposed his doctrine to self-censure in order not to off end the monarch whose patronage he had successfully gained. However during his retirement he began a further work at this doctrine and made it the basis for his utopian novel, “The New Atlantis”. Conclusion. Baconian views on the interrelations between science and political power were shaped by his philosophical development as well as by his political experience that led his theories from administrative reformism to ethical analysis and further – to social criticism and utopianism.

The practice of perceiving space and time from an existential-phenomenological perspective

Abstract

Introduction. In contemporary philosophy there is an emerging interest in space and time in relation to the existential-phenomenological tradition. Theoretical analysis. The article analyses some modern approaches to the problem of space and time in the context of the above-mentioned methodology, as well as those approaches that either stand in opposition to the phenomenological tradition or try to form the related understanding of the problem. The problematisation of space within the framework of the approach we are interested in has only been outlined in Heidegger’s existential analysis of Dasein. Since the emergence of speculative realism, with its inherent questioning of the possibility of thinking reality (space and time) beyond the horizon of cognitive and sensory features of human presence, the question of the relationship between being and thinking, especially in the aspect of the possibility of constructing new ontologies, sounds new in philosophy. Conclusion. The analysis of modern approaches to the problem of space and time in the context of the existential-phenomenological tradition shows that in modern philosophy the problematisation of space qualitatively complements human philosophy and develops some of its aspects.

Coincidentia oppositorum as a particular way of thinking and life of a theologian

Abstract

Introduction. The acquisition of scientific status by theology requires the theological community to introduce a special thesaurus into scientific circulation, as well as to develop the methodology of theology itself. In this connection we consider it expedient to turn to comprehension of Coincidentia oppositorum which will promote the expansion of theological vocabulary, paying special attention to the principle of combining opposites in theological research and formation of a special type of dialectical thinking, inherent to a theologian. Theoretical analysis. The presented research analyzes, systematizes and introduces in chronological order the ideas of philosophers, historians of religion, psychologists and theologians who pay considerable attention to the dialectical (paradoxical) type of thinking. Conclusion. An attempt has been made to comprehend the concept of “Coincidentia oppositorum” considered as one of the principles shaping the theologian’s thinking, as well as a special way of dialectical thinking, aimed at achieving a high unity of coincidence of opposites, which results in “a beautiful harmony of transcendental beauty”, overcoming the laws of contradiction, thereby giving birth to a new “Higher Logic”, acting in defiance of the finiteness of reason, by means of heroic tension breaking through it into a new ontological form, leading it beyond, taking it to the heights of human possibility in relation to God.

Two preachings on Lazarus Saturday: The moral dimension of friendship according to Saint Justin (Polyansky) and Saint Innocent of Kherson

Abstract

Introduction. The article is devoted to the concept of friendship in Christian ethics. The author analyses the idea of friendship and its moral aspect in two previously underexamined in Russian theology sermons of Saint Justin (Polyansky) and Saint Innocent of Kherson on Lazarus Saturday. Theoretical analysis. The research allows us to make the following conclusions. According to Saint Justin (Polyansky) and Saint Innocent of Kherson, friendship represents: the friendly love of the Lord Jesus Christ for His friends, the ideal of friendship for every Christian in the terms of one’s relations with neighbours; the friendly love of a human for God (sincerity and openness, service), which is impossible without the assistance of Divine grace, and which is rewarded by achieving the Divine friendship in relation to a human (salvation); friendship between a human and God, which is characterized by mutual sincerity and openness, and mutual service; human friendship, which is characterized by mutual sincerity and openness (confession of sins to each other), mutual service of love, patience with shortcomings, and compassion. Conclusion. According to Saint Justin and Saint Innocent, friendship has a moral dimension; it is a part of Christian morality, and the telos of the Christian moral life.

The role of technical in the preservation and reproduction of the living principle in a human

Abstract

Introduction. The tendency to strengthen the priority of the technical side of life and the activity of a modern person, characterized by increasing complexity and ambiguity in the definition of a human and his world, aggravates the problem of preserving and reproduction of a living principle in a human. A problematic question arises: is a person – a living person – possible in a technical and technologized world in general? Theoretical analysis. The article notes that when solving the indicated problem, the rejection of the technique, the process of technicalization, technical in general are not provided. However, the absolutization of the meaning of the technical in the life and activity of a human is not supposed, when the existence of a person is reduced to the technical. A modern person needs a kind of reorientation – not to be included in the world of technology and techniques, but, on the contrary, to include them in his life in order to remain modernly alive. All the diversity of life at the expense of new techniques is ensured. Conclusion. In relations between the human and the technical, it is proposed to be based on the principles of the eco-humanistic approach (integrity, coordination, consistency and optimality), when favorable development opportunities, the realization of the internal potential of each side are provided.

Semantic frame as an element of meaning-making

Abstract

Introduction. In the modern socio-cultural space, the concept of the meaning of the text of culture, the process of meaning-making have become relevant among scientists. Previously, these concepts were considered in linguistics, psychology and philosophy, today they have become popular among cultural scientists, and art historians. A theoretical analysis of the concept of “frame” allows us to conclude that a frame is a fragment of a person’s memory, representing knowledge about a particular cultural phenomenon. Consideration of the frame in the structure of meaning-making allowed us to reveal that the frame is a cognitive component of the meaning-forming structure. The semantic frame is associated with the concept of understanding the text of culture, which we designate as an artifact, a semantic model of consciousness. In the presence of semantic experience, it is possible to understand the text of culture. We associate the frame with the practical activity of a person and society, that is, with the meaning given to him in the experience of cultural activity. Conclusion. A semantic frame is an element of meaning-making, since it carries knowledge about a particular cultural phenomenon and allows us to establish the meaning of a given cultural text, its axiological meaning. A frame is a generalized frame of experience, a scheme of practical action in which images are revealed through functions. The truth of the frame is established in practice, since a person is a practical and expedient being.

Postprivacy in the digital age

Abstract

Introduction. The article deals with the actual problem of changing attitudes towards privacy in connection with the development of modern information and communication technologies. The purpose of the study is to philosophically analyze the phenomenon of post-privacy, identify the causes and consequences of its occurrence using logical, hermeneutic and comparative methods. The novelty of the work lies in the conceptualization of the socio-philosophical phenomenon of post-privacy. Theoretical analysis. It is stated that due to the development of computer technologies, we have lost control over access to our personal information, since any action we perform in the Internet space leaves digital traces. It is argued that the payment of an individual for participation in modern society is to provide access to his personal data for state and commercial organizations. It is noted that knowledge about a person gives power over him, enabling to influence his thinking and behavior and exercise social control over him. Conclusion. Since we live in an era of new information openness, we should reconsider our attitude to the problem of privacy. As one of the ways of social interaction in the era of post-privacy, the individual refuses to claim complete control over information about himself.

The value and semantic meaning of the Motherland in A. S. Panarin’s book “Orthodox civilization in the global world”: A philosophical analysis

Abstract

Introduction. The article examines the book by A. S. Panarin “Orthodox civilization in the global world” as a source of understanding the essence of the Motherland, its place in the system of values. The relevance of addressing this issue is obvious in connection with the changes taking place both in Russia and in the world, the need to overcome the crisis and implement a different model of development based on objective values. Theoretical analysis. The appeal to the work of A. S. Panarin makes it possible to critically assess the potential of the value of “Motherland” as a key value of humanity, to determine the prospects for the implementation of this idea into reality. To solve this problem, the thinker’s ideas are compared with the philosophical concept of the Motherland as a spiritual substance, a shrine, perceived and transmitted by a person through a system of images. Conclusion. It is pointed out that the acquisition of a Motherland by a person as the basis for his own identity, personal highest value, is a condition for future progressive equitable development. Attention is drawn to the importance of education as a factor contributing to a real understanding of the essence of the Motherland and its acceptance as the highest personal value, enabling the individual to objectively understand the ideological concepts of various political subjects and resist sending the course of socio-cultural and other transformations in a destructive direction.

Psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of a complex of professionally important personality traits of future doctors

Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of the article is due to the lack of psychological and pedagogical support for the formation of professionally important qualities (PIQ) among medical university students and the requirements imposed on the graduate by the social “order” and the requirements of the professional standard and the Federal State Educational Standard. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and experimental substantiation of approaches to the formation of PIQ of future doctors. Theoretical analysis. The author has carried out a theoretical analysis of approaches and conducted an experiment on their implementation within the framework of approbation and implementation of a model for the formation of a complex of professionally important personality traits of future doctors. As part of the complex of PIQ, groups of personal qualities, characteristics of a self-actualizing personality, volitional properties and value orientations necessary for the effective work of a doctor are identified. Empirical analysis. The use of different approaches in various forms and methods of educational and psychocorrective work allowed to improve the indicators of the complex of PIQ of the future doctor. The analysis of changes in the obtained indicators after participation in the experimental program was carried out by methods of mathematical statistics. Conclusion. The data allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of personality-oriented, competence-based, axiological and activity-based approaches within the framework of the model of the formation of the PIQ of the future doctor, which finds its practical application in the training of medical students.

The model of the development of moral consciousness of the individual

Abstract

Introduction. The article presents an interdisciplinary analysis of ideas about the phenomenon of guilt, a model of the development of moral consciousness of the individual is proposed for consideration. Theoretical analysis. A critical analysis of scientific publications devoted to the topic of guilt allows us to conclude that their methodological part is very modest, which makes it difficult to further study this phenomenon. In this regard, the goal was set to build a logical terminological chain of moral concepts of duty, shame, conscience and guilt and thereby develop a structural and procedural model for the development of moral consciousness of the individual. The methodological basis of the study was the categorical-system approach, within which the method of qualitative modeling was implemented, namely the morphological modeling method, which allows to find an innovative solution to a scientific problem when referring to already existing partial solutions in the field under study. Within the framework of the developed model, it is proposed to introduce into scientific circulation the concepts of “presumption of innocence”, “presumption of guilt” and “presumption of responsibility”, as well as “sanctioned guilt” and “restorative guilt”. In conclusion, the prospects of theoretical and practical application of the developed model are discussed, its novelty is emphasized, as well as the need to continue studying this issue using empirical research that allows verifying and testing the proposed model.

Psychoanalytic ideas of leadership and modern ideas about its nature

Abstract

Introduction. The article discusses the main psychoanalytic ideas of leadership, starting with the analysis of the fundamental work of Z. Freud’s “Mass psychology and self-analysis”, ending with an overview of modern leadership concepts using or based on the provisions of psychoanalysis. Theoretical analysis. The pa per analyzes the psychodynamic processes in the dyads “leader – crowd” and “leader – followers”, identifies the key concepts of leadership used in psychoanalysis. The problems of leadership determination and key characteristics of leaders are considered taking into account current ideas about the nature of leadership. Conclusion. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that representatives of psychoanalytic theories have made a significant contribution to the development of concepts considering the origin and characteristics of leadership. The ideas of psychoanalysis allow us to complement modern approaches to leadership studies.

Semantic codes of the modern profession “Teacher”: Invariants and innovations

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the semantic codes of the profession “Teacher” in the modern circumstances. The invariant meanings of educational activity are reconstructed on the basis of proverbs and sayings, which reflect and express collective wisdom in an aphoristic form, which save and transmit the ontological meanings of teaching. The invariant meanings accumulate social ideas about the teacher, represented by everyday beliefs of social actors about the profession “Teacher”. It is established that the semantic codes of teaching, saved in the culture and collective memory of social groups, testify to the reference, significance and authority of the Teacher. However, an analysis of the research results of the teaching profession social perceptions indicates that it is assessed in the format of low profitability, low prestige and the absence of significant prospects and limited opportunities for the personal growth. It is argued that the identified discrepancy between cultural codes and social meanings of the profession “Teacher” is due to many factors, including the scale and frequency of social changes. These changes involve the emergence of teacher’s new functions, the expansion of the teacher’s professional competencies including mediatior activities and conflict management processes to the framework of teaching activities. The applied aspect of the analytical research lies in the possibility of using its results for the development of socio-psychological trainings, psychological and pedagogical programs for supporting the subjects of the educational process, educational programs and professional standards.

Attitudes toward social interaction with masculine and feminine types: An empirical study

Abstract

Introduction. Significant changes are taking place in the system of gender relations in modern conditions, but the processes of interaction in it remain poorly understood. Purpose: to identify differences in attitudes towards social interaction with people of masculine and feminine types. Theoretical analysis. The analysis showed that interaction in the space of gender relations is studied through the prism of gender norms and stereotypes, as well as by the method of comparative analysis of the psychological characteristics of communication, considering the gender factor. Empirical analysis. Methods: author’s questionnaire of social interaction (N = 388 people); stepwise discriminant and correlation analysis for paired samples (SPSS 27.0). Most of all, the attitude to interaction with people of the masculine and feminine types differs in the following parameters: considering the experience of relationships and partnership nature in interaction with feminine people; friendly support, mutual assistance in interaction with masculine people. Pairwise comparison of each respondent’s assessments of interaction with masculine/feminine type people showed differences in only 4 parameters: perception of rivalry between one’s own and partner, differences in values, use of intangible resources. Conclusion. For the first time, it was established what parameters differ in the attitude towards interaction with people of different gender types.

Factors in the development of historical and local history activities of Soviet students in the second half of the 1950s – mid-1980s

Abstract

Introduction. A significant place in the system of higher professional education of modern Russia is occupied by the problem of the formation of civic consciousness and patriotism of student youth, the solution resource of which is a variety of means and methods of local history activities. In this context, it is relevant to study the methodological experience gained in previous historical stages, as well as the factors that determined the effectiveness of pedagogical influence through historical local history. Theoretical analysis. In the course of the study, the main trends in the development of the historical and local history activities of Soviet students, typical for the second half of the 1950s – the middle 1980s, (activization of students' research work strengthening interdisciplinary connections in the learning process, and increasing the role of industrial and educational practice, as socally significant labor activity) have been singled out. Conclusion. A conclusion about the decisive role of the state policy, which determined the emergence of these trends and, accordingly, the need to develop new forms and methods of work in studing and popularizing the knowledge of students' native land history. This historical experience gained can be used by modern practitioners in the process of organizing program and non-program historical and local history activities of students in order to form their ethno-regional self-awareness, which plays an important role in the process of patriotic education.

Assessment of students’ foreign language profession-oriented communicative competence

Abstract

Introduction. The problem of types, forms and teaching tools for learning outcomes monitoring and assessment is in focus of many researchers of academic education. The researchers draw attention to the issue of relevance of standardized testing when talking about something more than knowledge and skills assessment. Although testing in higher school is the cheapest form of control and very easy to organize and automatize, there are some components of any competence, which cannot be measured by testing: motives, moral values and priorities, and social interaction. Theoretical analysis. The aim of the article is to analyze assessment techniques related to the foreign language professionoriented communicative competence. Empirical analysis was carried out on the basis of the assessment procedure results in Nizhny Novgorod State pedagogical university named after K. Minin. The following research methods were used: students’ communicative activity observation, testing, comparison, quantitative results measurement. Conclusion. Standardized tests seem to be applicable when talking about routine students’ progress monitoring and students’ knowledge and skills assessment. End of the course assessment demands the combination of activity types, revealing emotional, social and cultural aspects of students’ competences.

Operational aspects of forming educational activity culture of future teachers in the poliparadigm educational space

Abstract

Introduction. The system of teacher education in Russia has been in a state of reform for several decades. There is an intensive search for technologies and approaches that could provide training for teaching staff who are able to withstand the challenges of the 21st century. Methodological understanding of the value and theoretical foundations of the design of the educational process in a pedagogical university leads to the conclusion about the plurality of pedagogical paradigms that determine the educational space and the need to take this plurality into account in the organization of the educational process. Theoretical analysis. The article attempts to identify the dominant paradigms in the space of higher education and show their meaningful characteristics. An analysis of the correlation of paradigms focused on results (competence-based and student-oriented) and on all components of the educational process (technocratic) is given. Their features and essential characteristics are highlighted. The conditions under which at the operational level it becomes possible to realize the task of forming a culture of educational activity are analyzed. Conclusion. The main conclusion of the proposed theoretical analysis is the impossibility to fully implement the task of forming a culture of educational activity in the conditions of the dominance of the technocratic paradigm. But it is quite possible to create conditions that allow this possibility.

Future vocational education teachers upbringing on the basis of K. D. Ushinsky’s pedagogical ideas

Abstract

Introduction. Contrary to the globalization and technologization trends of many spheres of social life, the education system is characterized by a line of individualization and personification, which is important for all levels of education, and hence for the future teachers’ training process. Theoretical analysis. The article considers the system of value orientations and names the key competences that are formed in the process of preparing vocational education teachers. Empirical analysis. Interpreting the pedagogical ideas of the founder of Russian scientific pedagogy K. D. Ushinsky in relation to the system of vocational education in terms of educating the personality of the future teacher of vocational education, the key value orientations of this process were identified and presented in this article. Among them, there are ideal, professional, creative, and social value orientations. The readiness formation levels (theoretical, practical and personal) of the future vocational education teacher to implement educational activities are given. Conclusion. Complex development of the key value orientations and all readiness levels of the future teacher to implement professional and pedagogical activities constitute the future vocational education teachers upbringing.

Development of cadets’ cognitive interest: Reflexive approaches and modes

Abstract

Introduction. Development of cognitive interest of cadets is one of the pedagogical aspects of great importance. Cognitive interest determines the effectiveness of mastering professional and humanitarian disciplines and contributes to the formation of cadets’ personality, aimed at their further self-improvement. Theoretical analysis. The study of modern sources allowed to come to the conclusion that the cognitive interest of cadets, being a quality of the personality, has a direct connection with such a phenomenon as reflexion. Empirical analysis. The article presents a description of experimental work on the use of reflexive approaches and modes. The main distinctive feature of these approaches and modes of training is the possibility of reflection, that is comprehension of the received knowledge in the area of a foreign language and legal disciplines, abilities of their application in practice and skills of independent acquisition of new knowledge. Novelty consists in development of tasks for tutorials in view of the principles of reflective approach. Conclusion. The results presented confirm the assumption that the use of these approaches and modes helps cadets learn a large volume of educational material easier, reveal creativity, create a positive atmosphere in the classroom, immerse themselves in the learning process and independently identify connections between individual phenomena.

Согласие на обработку персональных данных с помощью сервиса «Яндекс.Метрика»

1. Я (далее – «Пользователь» или «Субъект персональных данных»), осуществляя использование сайта https://journals.rcsi.science/ (далее – «Сайт»), подтверждая свою полную дееспособность даю согласие на обработку персональных данных с использованием средств автоматизации Оператору - федеральному государственному бюджетному учреждению «Российский центр научной информации» (РЦНИ), далее – «Оператор», расположенному по адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А, со следующими условиями.

2. Категории обрабатываемых данных: файлы «cookies» (куки-файлы). Файлы «cookie» – это небольшой текстовый файл, который веб-сервер может хранить в браузере Пользователя. 3. Цель обработки персональных данных: анализ пользовательской активности с помощью сервиса «Яндекс.Метрика».

4. Категории субъектов персональных данных: все Пользователи Сайта, которые дали согласие на обработку файлов «cookie».

5. Способы обработки: сбор, запись, систематизация, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передача (доступ, предоставление), блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных.

6. Срок обработки и хранения: до получения от Субъекта персональных данных требования о прекращении обработки/отзыва согласия.

7. Способ отзыва: заявление об отзыве в письменном виде путём его направления на адрес электронной почты Оператора: info@rcsi.science или путем письменного обращения по юридическому адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А

8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
