The article considers ethical characteristics of patient-physician relationship depending on model of their relationship. The approach intends to consider number of objective factors of clinical activity, specifically dynamic and technological character of modern medicine and subjective attitudes, internal dispositions of physicians and patient concerning particular types of communication resulting in alterations of subject-object positions of parties. The attention is paid to professionalism of physician related to development of most acceptable relationships with patient on the basis of complex of clinical, psychological and ethical factors of medical activity.
