THE ISSUE OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LIFE-STYLE AND HEALTH IN FOREIGN SOCIOLOGICAL SURVEYS

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of results of actual foreign sociological surveys concerning the issue of relationship between life-style and health. The similar aspects inherent to these surveys are noted. Among them are the study of economically valuable groups of population, the stratification of these groups by different features and the attempt to establish polyetiology of modern pathology. The strong and weak sides of the analyzed occurrences are pointed out.
