Abstract
The sociological programs of survey of families of women being in early post-natal period are targeted to explore socially significant risks increasing importance of family and children in society even against the background of economic problems. The article emphasizes that European social technologies of investigation of opinions of respondents from different social groups are based on accurate development of programs of sociological survey of respondents. The programs of sociological survey are the most important methodological instruments of detection of high social risks in society. The programs are targeted to presentation of most acute aspects with purpose to present socially significant indicators.
