关于脑性瘫痪(痉挛性双瘫)儿童元素失衡问题的探讨

论证。儿童患多种疾病,尤其是神经系统疾病的风险,常与体内矿物质代谢紊乱相关,因为常量元素和微量元素在中枢神经系统和自主神经系统的功能维持中发挥着重要作用。儿童体内的元素失衡既可能源于宫内发育异常,也可能与外部环境因素相关。
目的。分析和评估患有脑性瘫痪(痉挛性双瘫)儿童毛发中的元素组成。
材料与方法。本研究为一项93名3–6岁儿童参与的抽样队列研究。受试者被分为两组:一组为主要组,包含确诊为“脑性瘫痪(痉挛性双瘫)”的儿童;另一组为对照组。通过原子吸收光谱法,对毛发样本中14种化学元素的含量进行测定,以评估其元素状态。
结果。被诊断为“脑性瘫痪”的儿童在必需元素、相对必需元素以及有毒元素方面的元素稳态均出现紊乱。在主要组儿童的毛发中,锰、铬、镍和铅的含量显著高于参考区间上限和对照组水平(p < 0.05)。硒的浓度相较于参考区间下限和对照组指标显著降低(分别低46倍和20倍;p < 0.05)。
结论。毛发元素组成的研究可作为儿童神经系统疾病诊断中的辅助检测方法,并为纠正矿物质代谢紊乱的药物处方提供依据。
