Diretrizes para Autores

Various disciplines and publication formats have different rules regarding authorship. In the absence of other guidelines, the following principles are recommended:

• the author may be a person who has made a significant contribution to the research, took part in the execution of the paper, development of its concept or structure;
• participated in the collection, analysis or interpretation of data for the paper;
• and/or made a follow-up revision of the manuscript, which added some important intellectual content or deepened the existing scientific knowledge;
• and agreed to be responsible for all aspects of work and to provide due solution of issues relating to its integrity and accuracy of provided data.

Author’s responsibilities:

• to guarantee the originality of the manuscript: it is assumed that the submitted research paper has not been published previously in other editions in its current form or a form close in contents;
• to respect the principle of exclusivity: a manuscript may be submitted only to one journal at a time;
• not to artificially increase scientometric indexes and friendly citation, not to make irrelevant references;
• to correct and revise the manuscript: make corrections and resubmit the corrected manuscript until it is accepted by the Editorial Board;
• to sign the Publication Agreement and/or ensure signing of the Agreement by any third-party titleholders;
• to act on behalf of the co-authors in responding to inquiries from other sources after the publication, including questions concerning ethics, repeated use of published materials, accessibility of used data and resources.

It is recommended to acknowledge the contribution of anyone who participated in the research or writing of the article, while not meeting the criteria of authorship (with his/her permission) in the “Acknowledgments” section.

В различных дисциплинах и форматах публикаций действуют разные нормы в отношении авторства. При отсутствии иных указаний, рекомендуется применять следующие принципы:

• автором может быть указан человек, который внес значимый вклад в исследование, принял участие в написании работы, разработке ее концепции или структуры;
• сборе, анализе или интерпретации данных для работы;
• и/или провел доработку рукописи, что позволило добавить важное интеллектуальное содержание или углубить существующее научное знание;
• и дал согласие нести ответственность за все аспекты работы и обеспечивать надлежащее решение вопросов, связанных с ее целостностью и точностью представленных данных.

Обязанности автора:

• гарантировать оригинальность рукописи: предполагается, что представленная научная работа не публиковалась ранее в других изданиях в ее нынешней или близкой по содержанию форме;
• соблюдать принцип исключительности: рукопись одномоментно может быть подана на рассмотрение только в один журнал;
• не проводить искусственное увеличение наукометрических индексов и дружественное цитирование, не делать нерелевантные ссылки;
• исправлять и корректировать рукопись: вносить исправления и повторно подавать исправленную рукопись вплоть до ее принятия редакцией;
• подписать Соглашение о публикации и/или обеспечить подписание Соглашения любыми сторонними правообладателями;
• выступать от имени соавторов при ответе на запросы из других источников после публикации, включая вопросы, касающиеся этики, повторного использования опубликованных материалов, доступности использованных данных и ресурсов.

Рекомендуется указывать в разделе «Благодарности» признание вклада любого, кто участвовал в исследовании или написании статьи, но не соответствует критериям авторства (с его разрешения).
