Abstract
A patient with pathomimesis in the form of necrotic ulcerative and hemorrhagic bullous lesions of the lower limb skin is described. The lesions were caused by hypodermic auto-injections of butorphanol tartrate solution mixed with powdered diphenhydramine tablets into the skin and thigh - the patient admitted he was a drug addict.
