Abstract

This paper considers the application of a carriage door electric drive based on sealed electromechanical ac converters with a linearly moving actuator of the traction gear for protection against unauthorized access to the carriage. Not only does the drive deliver high specific performance, but it also makes possible controlled access to the carriage. It is shown that the sealed electromechanical converters used for these purposes make transport systems more reliable and ergonomic. This article also presents the results of modeling the electric drive control system by fuzzy techniques that make the control process more efficient and improve the resistance to operator-assigned factors.
