Abstract
A method for an automated control of installation of train wires based on assessment of the level of electrical potentials in control points of measurement circuit is described. A measurement circuit is created in the form of two resistor voltage dividers. One divider is connected to dc power supply and generates a reference electrical potential of a given value. Another divider is connected through separate resistors to terminals of an output junction box of a car. Power supply of the second voltage divider is provided by train wires from a generator of test signals alternately given to inputs of train wires. The value of the electrical potential of the second voltage divider depends on various states of installation of train wires changing the configuration of inclusion of resistors of this divider. The suggested method for controlling the installation of train wires by assessing the level of electrical potentials in control points of a measurement circuit enable to create a control device entirely with contactless elements so as to increase its reliability. The method may be used for creating control of other types of multiwire communication and management lines.
