详细

An analysis of the applicability of metal-based certification methods to composite structures, as applied to materials and processes qualification, is presented. The major drawbacks of the above approach, such as the large amount of testing required and the impossibility of achieving the required weight efficiency of aircraft, are shown and the basic principles of a composite-friendly certification approach are formulated. The necessity to capture the impact of manufacturing factors on structural performance on all scales of the Building Block is stressed. A brief review of domestic studies on simulation of the influence of process parameters on the strength of structures as applied to processes currently used in the aviation industry is offered.
