详细

The antigen-presenting function of B-lymphocytes in patients with a remitting form of multiple sclerosis was studied. It was found that B cells in the presentation of different antigens have a different ability to induce differentiation of naive T cells in Th17 and Treg. A new mechanism for activating the differentiation of naive T cells in Th17 in the presentation of autoantigens with B cells in multiple sclerosis has been suggested.
