详细

Analysis of correlation links of intraspecies patterns - “microbe - microbe”, “microbe - endotoxin”, inflammatory potential of the host “cytokine - cytokine” and interspecies - “microbe - host” demonstrates close relationships between members of the small intestine microbiota community in healthy children and in children with ASD. Statistically significant correlations of the pattern of the inflammatory potential of the cytokine-cytokine host and of the pattern of interspecies links “microbe - host” were registered only in the group of children with ASD.
