Резидуальные симптомы и социальное функционирование у пациентов с биполярным аффективным расстройством в ремиссии

Аннотация
Архивным и клинико-шкальным методами были обследованы 64 пациента с биполярным аффективным расстройством (БАР) I и II типов в ремиссии, получавших лечение в амбулаторном звене психиатрической службы г. Санкт-Петербурга в 2017–2018 гг. У 42,2% пациентов выявлены резидуальные симптомы в рамках настоящей ремиссии, а в течение всего заболевания опыт резидуальных симптомов в ремиссии был установлен у 70,3% обследованных пациентов. Пациенты с резидуальными симптомами на момент исследования характеризовались более низкой трудовой и социальной адаптацией. Статистически значимой связи между конкретными резидуальными симптомами и проявлениями изменения профессионального функционирования у пациентов выявить не удалось. Установлено, что по мере увеличения длительности заболевания, частота резидуальных симптомов в ремиссии также растет. Требуется разработка новых стратегий терапии и реабилитации указанной группы больных.
