ПОЛИНЕЙРОМИОПАТИЯ КРИТИЧЕСКИХ СОСТОЯНИЙ: ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ РАННЕЙ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИИ

Аннотация
В связи с совершенствованием реанимационных технологий отмечен рост числа лиц, перенесших критические состояния. Более половины из них имеют стойкие нервно-мышечные нарушения, появившиеся в отделении интенсивной терапии и существенно ограничивающие их двигательную активность в дальнейшем. Этиология полинейромиопатии критических состояний многофакторна и связана с причинами как непосредственно определяющих поражение нейромышечного аппарата, так и опосредованных, связанных с обездвиженностью пациента в критическом состоянии. Представлено положение дел в отношении этиологии, патогенеза, эпидемиологии, диагностики и лечебных стратегий больных с полинейромиопатией критических состояний.
