Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются механизмы, лежащие в основе интеграции афферентной информации, поступающей в структуры центральной нервной системы (ЦНС), на основе которых вырабатывается мультисенсорная модель (кросс-модальная афферентация). Подчеркивается, что подобная мультисенсорная интеграция и обусловленный ей ответ часто приводит к более избирательным и быстрым реакциям, чем реакция, вызванная перцепцией лишь в одной модальности. Однако комбинированное использование мультисенсорных афферентаций может приводить к возникновению «конфликта между различными модальностями». Использование концепции «коннектома» гораздо лучше объясняет процессы, происходящие в структурах ЦНС, включая и мультисенсорную интеграцию, чем построенные ранее на основании анатомических данных схемы. Ключевым звеном, определяющим тип реагирования индивидуума на меняющиеся условия внешней среды, является столь же динамичная система нейрональных связей. Эта система связей зависит и от внешней информации, и от внутренних факторов, включая осцилляции нейронов. Эти осцилляции запускают процессы, конечным итогом которых является генерация новых идей (творческое мышление), мотиваций к исполнению тех или иных действий, а при определенных условиях (в том числе, и генетически детерминированных) - возникновение различного рода психоневрологических нарушений, включая иллюзии, галлюцинации, бредовые расстройства с фабулой ложного узнавания (синдромы Капгра́, Фреголи, интерметаморфозы, синдром собственных двойников).
