Pilot study results of 117 alcoholic patients, who had underwent such kinds of treatment, were obtained. There was made a conclusion that during such therapy the disease is constantly progressing and patients' satisfaction of treatment results is lowering.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF VEGETATIVE REACTING OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE DISEASE, HAVING DIFFERENT DAILY PROFILE OF ARTERIAL PRESSURE AND ASSOSSIATED WITH PASSIVE TRANSMEMBRANE IONOTRANSPORT RATE IN ERYTHROCYTES
Abstract
There had been studied character of vegetative reacting in 95 patients with hypertensive disease of I-II stages with different daily profiles of arterial pressure and in 22 healthy volunteers aged 18-55, taking into account rate of passive trans-membrane ion-transport in erythrocyte membrane. It was revealed a significant influence of ion-transport activity of cell membranes in hypertensive patients with definite daily profiles of arterial pressure on formation of VNS functional state.

МЕCHANISMS OF ADAPTATION IN PATIENTS WITH NERVOUS SYSTEM PATHOLOGY |AT NEUROSYPHILIS
Abstract
Under clinical observation in the different terms of Neurosyphilis there were 52 patients. In patients with Neurosyphilis the vegetative maintenance, despite lacking manifestative objective neurologic changes, did not have stable character and tended to failure of adaptation of mechanisms under the influence of the various choronomic unfavorable factors.

STATE OF PROCESSES OF LIPID PEROXIDATION IN CHILDREN WITH MOTOR LESIONS AT PERIVENTRICULAR LEUKOMALACIA
Abstract
There were presented study results of processes of lipid peroxidation in younger children with periventricular leukomalacia, having spastic forms of childish cerebral palsy and in children, having consequences of cerebral prenatal lesion and motor disorder syndrome. In children of younger age with periventricular leukomalacia and motor disorders activity of processes of lipid peroxidation is increasing as far as the disease is progressing and forming in them childish cerebral palsy

ABOUT ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION INFLUENCE ON DEVELOPMENT OF DISCIRCULATORY ENCEPHALOPATHY
Abstract
There were studied clinical and neurological peculiarities, state of cognitive functions and cerebral hemodynamics in 70 young patients with arterial hypertension (AH) due to level of AH night decrease. It was established that during lesion of day profile of arterial pressure young patients show light disorders of cognitive functions, hemodynamic alterations of cerebral magistral arteries and atrophic cerebral changes.

CLINICAL-NEUROVISUAL COMPARISON OF PAIN SYNDROME IN THE LUMBOSACRAL RADICULOPATHY
Abstract
There were presented the results of clinical, neuro-orthopedist characteristics, of CT and MRI imaging, performed in 200 patients with chronic pain syndrome of lumbosacral radiculopathy. There have been performed clinical and neuro-visualizing comparisons of myofascial and neuropathic pain after medicamental therapy by non-narcotic analgesics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and myorelaxant drugs of lumbosacral radiculopathy.

IMMUNE STATUS IN ONCOGENIC EPILEPSY
Abstract
There was considered poorly studied aspect of immunopathology in patients with cerebral tumor, associated with epileptic seizures. It was established that presence of epileptic syndrome caused in patients changes of immunity. Mainly they were intermediate between parameters of immumogram in the comparison groups - in patients with cerebral tumors without seizures and with idiopathic epilepsy.

NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SUICIDAL BEHAVIOR
Abstract
There were considered various neuropsychological factors of suicidal behavior on the basis of literary and our own experimental data. Persons with suicidal behavior have essential disorders of cerebral functional asymmetry occupying all levels - metabolic, structural and functional. Changes in laterization profiles during suicidal behavior refer to the levels of motor, sensor and cognitive asymmetry. Mental patients with suicidal behavior have more likely their own neuropsychic patterns, different from ones of mental patients without suicidal behavior. Persons with suicidal behavior and psychic pathology and those without it have similar neuropsychic differences.

CLINICAL AND ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF EARLY MYOCLONIC ENCEPHALOPATHY
Abstract
There were presented 12 clinical pictures of early myoclonic encephalopathy (EME), being extremely pharmacoresistant form of epilepsy. Such anti-epileptic drugs as carbamazepines, lamotrigine, topiramate and vigabatrine are contraindicated because of very high risk of aggravation. That is why it is recommended to use rational combined therapy of benzodiazepines, barbiturates, valproates and high doses of vitamin B6.

TREATMENT OF LONG-TERM RESULTS AFTER INTERNAL TRANSPEDICULAR FIXATION FOR PATIENTS WITH IDIOPATHIC SCOLIOSIS OF DIFFERENT SEVERITY GRADES
Abstract
Treatment outcomes were studied in 40 patients with scoliosis of various severities that had been treated with the system of internal transpedicular fixation. The change in the deformity angle of 2 to 5 degrees in the patients older than 20 years was associated with degenerative changes in the spine. There were no complications such as soft tissue inflammation or metal construct breach in studied group of patients.
