Abstract
The authors discuss the use of antibodies against gliadin, reticulin, endomysium and tissue transglutaminase as a biomarker GA in patients with the supposed idiopathic sporadic cerebella ataxia. The article presents the main clinical features of the GA, сriteria for inclusion and exclusion of the GA in a diagnostic algorithm and data on the clinical efficacy of gluten-free diet are given.
