Abstract
This review contains information on common approaches to the treatment of substance dependence in adolescents. Described the principles of treatment of substance dependence in adolescents in relation to clinical features and patterns of disease. Presented various forms of drug treatment adolescents due on the severity of the disease and the presence of comorbid psychiatric disorders. There were described the evidence-based methods in assisting adolescents: multidimensional family therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
