Abstract
Chairperson: V.P. Pervushin, secretaries: M.S. Malinovsky and S.U. Steinberg. In attendance: prof. Gruzdev, prof. Nikolaev, Chirkovsky, Horizontov, Favorsky, Khitrovo, Goryaev, Idelson, Donskov, Klyachkin, Dyakonov, Dyakonov, Semon, Barukh and Berkutov.
The chairman opened the meeting with a proposal to discuss the issue of providing medical assistance to refugees, the wave of which had reached the city of Kazan.
