Abstract
Opening the meeting, Mr. Chairman announced the death of the current member of the Society, prof. AI Smirnov, whose memory those present honored by standing up. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Dr. A. S. Segel gave a (preliminary) report—"The Effect of Temperature on Conduction Velocity in the Nerve."
