Abstract

Making an outline of the development of the method of suspension in therapy, the author of the article cites, among other things, interesting statistical data collected by Dr. Ostankov. These data refer to 2212 cases of nervous diseases, in the treatment of which various methods of suspension were used. The success of the treatment was obtained in 902 cases, with the highest percentage of successful treatment falling on the tabetics.
