Of the successive contractures in peripheral nerve palsy, only contracture in facial paralysis is known in the literature. Therefore, the author considers it worthy to describe the sequential contracture in paralysis of the ulnar nerve, as it has never been described so far. This contracture, which gives a very characteristic position to the hand, he called main en npince.
