Abstract
Defenders of existence so-called. subcortical aphasia is considered a hallmark of it from cortical aphasia - the absence of complications from other types of speech disorders. Under the supervision of the author for ten years there was a patient who had lost: the ability to arbitrarily pronounce words, the ability to repeat words, the ability to read aloud. Completely internal speech was preserved and the ability to write freely, the ability to copy, the ability to write from dictation, the understanding of words, the ability to read silently was preserved.
