Последствия Брекзита для конституционной системы Великобритании

Аннотация
Голосование на референдуме 2016 года по вопросу о выходе из состава Европейского Союза проходило под лозунгом «вернем контроль», что, в частности, означало возвращения парламентского суверенитета, утраченного, по мнению многих, в результате передачи части полномочий на наднациональный уровень и невозможности для парламента Великобритании влиять на принимаемые в Брюсселе решения. Однако в процессе выхода Великобритания столкнулась с рядом конституционных проблем, которые привели к од-ному из самых серьезных конституционных кризисов в истории британского парламентаризма, вызванного столкновением парламентского и народного суверенитета, с одной стороны, и отсутствием писаной конституции, четко разграничивающей полномочия трех ветвей власти, с другой стороны. Настоящая статья посвящена анализу последствий этого кризиса для устойчивости традиционной конституционной системы Великобритании.
