Структурная и функциональная характеристика корней Arabidopsis thaliana, полученных в культуре in vitro

Аннотация
Изучены две модели ризогенеза у Arabidopsis thaliana in vitro: 1) из каллуса и 2) черешков листовых эксплантов на безгормональной питательной среде Мурасиге–Скуга, содержащей 1/10 часть от общего минерального состава, а также среде с добавлением регулятора роста − индолил-3-маслянной кислоты. Морфолого-анатомические исследования показали изменения структуры корней, образованных de novo in vitro. Методом Сабинина–Колосова установлено снижение процента рабочей поверхности корней у обоих вариантов. Обсуждается возникновение структурных изменений при ризогенезе in vitro, а также их влияние на функциональность корней.
