Indirect Measurement of Aggregate Primary Parameters of a Two-Wire Transmission Line

Abstract

We present a method for determining aggregate primary parameters of a two-wire transmission line based on the results of measurements of currents, voltages and the difference between their phases when performing two experiments – idling and partial short-circuit. This approach to the problem of forecasting electrical energy transfer results may be promising as suitable technical support for a series of necessary experiments.
