Abstract

We propose a method for reducing the distortion in the sensitivity calibration curve of a hydroacoustic recorder. This method is based on correction of the transmission curve for a spatial filter implemented using the complex moving weighted average (CMWA) method. This method was tested using control measurements performed using the tone-burst method, with favorable results.
