Comparative Analysis of Search Methods for the Source of a Magnetic Field of a Dipole Model

Abstract

A detailed error analysis of input and output data for several rapid methods of magnetic search is carried out. Computer simulation is used to make comparative estimates of the accuracies and search ranges for a particular measurement situation. Scale modeling for searches and the application of these results to arbitrary measurement situations are discussed.
