Abstract

This article discusses the possibilities of the multipurpose use of oil shale based on the methods of their thermal processing. The main current concepts of oxidative pyrolysis processes are considered. A facility for the oxidative pyrolysis of powdered oil shale in tubular reactors of the gas-suspension type with external heat supply to the reaction zone is described.
