On the Information Support of Scientific Research, Development, and Production

Resumo

Information support is viewed as one of the types of library and information services and knowledge management and is experiencing significant changes. The organization and methods of information support of science, including pre-project surveying and knowledge organization systems, are described. The ambiguity of information needs and requests is analyzed, and examples of foreign experience are given.
