Reflecting the results of intellectual activity in the reporting scientific and technical documentation: Problems and directions of development

Resumo

This paper considers the problems of increasing the effectiveness of management of the reporting scientific and technical documentation (RSTD) for research, experimental design, technological and other works carried out under a state order. The focus is on the secondary RSTD, as well as the results of intellectual activity it reflects. Proposals have been formulated to address these problems and an overview and direction of the formation of a promising management system for RSTD in the Russian Federation are presented.
