Аннотация

Amethod for determining molar substitution of hydroxyethylstarches by ¹H NMR spectroscopy was validated in terms of specificity, linearity, correctness, precision, and range of application. The method can be used to evaluate the parameter “molar substitution” in the framework of pharmacological expert assessment of hydroxyethylstarches as components of medicines.
