Направленная эволюция кариотипа обыкновенной бурозубки Sorex araneus (Mammalia)

Предложена модель направленной эволюции кариотипа S. araneus L. в процессах замены десяти пар акроцентрических хромосом пятью парами метацентрических. Направленность эволюции кариотипа возникает из-за неспособности Rb-cоединений с плечами неполной (монобрахиальной) гомологии распространяться в одной популяции. Поэтому Rb-соединение, в силу каких-то случайных событий первым появившееся в популяции, в значительной мере определяет дальнейшую эволюцию кариотипа этой популяции. После третьей замены акроцентрических хромосом метацентрическими, замена оставшихся 6 пар акроцентриков допускает образование не более трех кариотипов с пятью диагностическими метацентриками, которые возможно предсказать, независимо от того, в результате каких перестроек возникают метацентрические хромосомы (Rb-соединения или WART). Направленность кариотипической эволюции значительно повышает вероятность параллельного формирования кариотипов в тех случаях, когда эволюция начинается одинаковыми метацентриками в географически удаленных популяциях. Примером параллельной эволюции, начавшейся с метацентрика gk, могут служить идентичные кариотипы новой расы Могилев из Беларуси и расы Томск из Западной Сибири. В эволюции хромосомных рас Восточной Европы показаны гибридогенные процессы слияния кариотипов рас восточноевропейской (EEKG) и западноевропейской групп (WEKG).
