Активация эндогенных мезенхимных стромальных клеток как подход к регенерации тканей

Аннотация
Мезенхимные стромальные клетки (МСК), оказывающие комплексное прорегенеративное влияние на поврежденные ткани, представляют собой перспективный ресурс для клеточной терапии широкого спектра заболеваний. Однако трансплантация пациенту аутологичных или донорских МСК сопряжена с рядом проблем, таких как вариабельность свойств клеток в зависимости от источника и условий культивирования, снижение их терапевтического потенциала и вероятность приобретения иммуногенности либо туморогенности в ходе экспансии in vitro, инвазивность процедуры выделения. Одним из способов избежать этих проблем может служить воздействие на эндогенные МСК путем стимуляции их направленной миграции в тканевые дефекты без необходимости извлечения из организма, размножения in vitro и обратного введения пациенту. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены подходы к активации мобилизации МСК из тканевых ниш и (или) стимуляции их миграции в целевую область, которые могут рассматриваться в качестве более безопасной, а возможно, и более эффективной альтернативы трансплантации МСК.
