Разнообразие микроскопических грибов на древесине прибрежной зоны острова Хейса (архипелаг Земля Франца-Иосифа)

Аннотация
Материалом для исследования послужили образцы древесины, которые были собраны в летний период 2021 г. на побережье о. Хейса (архипелаг Земля Франца-Иосифа) в Северном Ледовитом океане. Древесина была принесена морем (“плавник”) и находилась на берегу на разном удалении от линии воды или имела антропогенное происхождение и являлась частью заброшенных строений. В результате исследований выявлены комплексы микроскопических грибов на древесине хвойных и лиственных пород. Идентифицировано 30 видов микроскопических грибов, преимущественно из отдела Ascomycota. Виды рода Cadophora отмечены в наибольшем числе исследованных образцов. Показатели видового разнообразия и встречаемости представителей отдела Basidiomycota оказались крайне низкими. Виды дрожжевых и дрожжеподобных грибов (аско- и базидиомицеты) составили 23% от общего числа выделенных видов. Всего на образцах древесины, имеющей антропогенное происхождение, было отмечено 25 видов, а на образцах древесины плавника – 12 видов. При исследовании ферментативной активности микроскопических грибов показано, что лигнинолитическая активность отмечена у 50% исследуемых штаммов, амилазная – у 62%, а целлюлозолитическая – у 85% исследованных штаммов. Выделена группа психротрофных видов, обладающих высокой лигнинолитической активностью в совокупности с целлюлозолитической и амилазной активностью, и являющихся хорошо адаптированными к разложению древесного субстрата в экстремальных условиях Арктики. Проявление ферментативной активности во многих случаях различается у штаммов одного вида.
