А mathematical model for the on-line control of the implementation of scientific-technical and innovation projects in the branches of agriindustrial complex is a set of linear limitations which describe all possible reasonable requirements arising during solution of the problem being considered.
For the solution of this multi-criterion problem the method is offered which is based on «convolution» of the vector criterion into the single, generalized one.
Three methods of the convolution of criteria are offered (depending on the approach to the distribution of the dedicated limited means) and their formalized description are offered.
In all the cases considered the distribution of financial means is reduced to the problem of linear programming. It is shown that for the branches of agriindustrial complex the dimension of the corresponding problems of linear programming is quite moderate.
