Abstract
Recently, among air conditioners of medium power (about 20 kW), duct air conditioners have been widely used. This is primarily due to the fact that they can take in fresh air from the street, allowing at least partially solving the problem of ventilation and cooling the premises with outside air if its temperature is lower than the required temperature in the room. On the other hand, when ventilating the room during a hot period, when the outdoor temperature reaches 35 °C, the cooling capacity of the machine may not be enough to remove the heat load from the room and supply air. In this regard, an attempt was made to establish the optimal flow rate of outdoor air, depending on its temperature and humidity.
