Роль гена CRP во влиянии невзгод детства на риск суицидальных попыток у больных с расстройствами шизофренического спектра

Исследования показывают, что, в отличие от циркулирующего С-реактивного белка (СРБ), генетические варианты, обеспечивающие более высокие уровни СРБ, обладают защитным действием против шизофрении и модифицируют влияние сезона рождения на развитие заболевания. Целью данной работы было установить, влияет ли ген CRP также на связь между невзгодами детства и клиническими характеристиками шизофрении. У 921 больного шизофренией были проанализированы взаимосвязи между неблагополучием в детстве, генотипами в сайте rs2794521 в локусе CRP, синдромами, измеряемыми с помощью 5-факторной модели Шкалы позитивных и негативных синдромов с встроенной 2-факторной моделью негативного синдрома, и историей суицидальных попыток. Обнаружено значимое влияние генотипа на суицидальные попытки у пациентов с невзгодами детства. Результат свидетельствует в пользу модифицирующей роли генетических детерминант воспаления в каскаде событий, опосредующих эффекты пережитого в раннем возрасте психологического стресса на последующий риск суицидальных попыток.
