Сортоспецифичное влияние хитозана на хитиназную и глюканазную активность в корнях чеснока L.

Аннотация
Хитозан является природным полисахаридом и при внешнем применении способен стимулировать как рост, так и защиту растения, повышая устойчивость к абиотическим стрессам и подавляя развитие многих фитопатогенов. Иммунный ответ включает активацию защитных белков – карбогидраз, таких как хитиназы и глюканазы, которые также известны своим участием в регуляции морфогенеза. В работе впервые исследовано влияние обработки нефракционированным (гидролизат) хитозаном низкой (ГХ1) и средней (ГХ2) молекулярной массы на хитиназную и глюканазную активности, а также на экспрессию генов хитиназ и β-1,3-глюканаз в корнях двух сортов чеснока Allium sativum L., различающихся устойчивостью к фузариозной гнили. Продемонстрировано, что воздействие хитозанов на ферментативную активность и экспрессию генов β-1,3-глюканаз (AsPR2a, AsPR2b и AsPR2c) и хитиназ (AsCHI1, AsCHI3, AsCHI7, AsCHI17 и AsCHI23) сортоспецифично, что может быть связано с различиями в чувствительности сортов к фузариозу. Сходная между сортами экспрессия генов хитиназ AsCHI10, AsCHI27 и AsCHI34 предполагает их участие в морфогенезе корневой ткани. Результаты свидетельствуют о большем стимулирующем эффекте ГХ2 в сравнении с ГХ1 на хитиназную и глюканазную активность. Большее ингибирующее воздействие ГХ2 в сравнении с ГХ1 на экспрессию генов хитиназ и β-1,3-глюканаз коррелирует с меньшим фунгицидным эффектом ГХ2 на Fusarium proliferatum. Полученные данные могут быть использованы в селекционной биотехнологии для повышения устойчивости чеснока к фузариозу.
