Multidisciplinary approach in geriatrics

Abstract

The article considers the issues of modern systematic approach for solving complex rehabilitation and nursing care problems of geriatric patients. The multidisciplinary approach in the frame of case management has a positive impact on the process and the result of patient’ functional and mental status restoration due to coordinated work of different medical and non-medical specialists depending on the specific problems of a geriatric patient.
