Аннотация
Актуальность заболевания крапивницей обусловлена её распространённостью: для острой крапивницы ― до 20% с преобладанием в детской популяции, для хронической спонтанной крапивницы ― до 0,5–5% населения. Течение заболевания характеризуется непредсказуемостью прогноза, длительности, эффективности стандартной терапии, а также серьёзным влиянием на качество жизни пациента и его близких, нагрузкой на органы здравоохранения. Отсутствие точного понимания механизмов развития заболевания, широкого спектра патогенетического лечения усложняет возможность быстрого достижения медикаментозной ремиссии. Представленные клинические рекомендации содержат актуальную информацию об эпидемиологии, патогенезе, клинической картине, дифференциальной диагностике, возможностях обследования и этапного лечения, включая иммунобиологическую терапию. Изложены порядок оказания медицинской помощи, профилактики и диспансерного наблюдения, критерии оценки качества ведения пациентов, а также вспомогательный материал, включая анкеты оценки тяжести состояния и эффективности лечения.
Клинические рекомендации по крапивнице предназначены для практикующих врачей всех специальностей, студентов, преподавателей медицинских вузов, ординаторов, аспирантов и научных работников.
