Аннотация

Атопический дерматит (АтД) относится к многофакторным заболеваниям, в основе которого лежат генетические нарушения, сложные иммунные механизмы развития и влияние комплекса экзогенных и эндогенных факторов. изучение особенностей иммунопатогенеза АтД, роли определенных биомаркеров, триггерных факторов является крайне важным не только для понимания причин и механизмов развития болезни, но и в связи с необходимостью разработки новых методов лечения. В обзоре освещены современные взгляды на иммунный ответ при АтД.
