从各种意义上而言,新冠肺炎(COVID-19)大流行范围依然广泛,其对心理健康的影响依旧巨大,席卷全球。各类新冠肺炎所致精神障碍的新发和加重病例均有报道,从适应障碍到精神病,不一而足。
其中提及了系统性妄想、情感症状和自我伤害念头等多种临床症状,需延长住院时间,接受住院治疗。人们提出了很多致病模型,包括直接感染神经系统、细胞因子风暴或暴露潜在易感性,但需要进一步研究。现已证明传统的抗精神病药物疗效显著,但是应当特别注意药物之间的相互作用,谨慎观察是否有合并症和副作用。
我们与全球青年精神科医生特别工作组合作,在本文阐述了我们的观点。
