Аннотация
Медленное развитие терапевтического действия и неполная терапевтическая эффективность традиционных антидепрессантов диктуют потребность в разработке иных подходов к созданию принципиально новых антидепрессантов. Одним из их прообразов является кетамин, у которого ранее была выявлена быстро развивающаяся антидепрессивная активность. Однако природа этой активности окончательно не выяснена. В данном обзоре проанализированы наиболее популярные гипотезы антидепрессивного действия кетамина и других антагонистов N-метил-D-аспартатных рецепторов.
