Abstract
The aim of our work is to compare results of surgical treatment of the patients, who have ventral hernias, with the help of classical hernioplasty methods and new technologies, in which lipoabdominoplasy and synthetic implants are used. On the grounds of our results we analyze groups of patients according to standard criteria of cure rate. We found out essential advantages of application of lipoabdominoplasy and synthetic implants in ventral hernia surgery.
