Abstract
The article analyzed the results of surgical treatment vysokodiffrenetsirovannogo thyroid cancer. Shown that in highly differentiated thyroid cancer organ-saving operations are permissible in T1N0M0 - T2N0M0. Conducting organ operations were not significantly increases the recurrence of the disease. Appointment of high doses of thyroxine often causes negative effects of cardio - vascular system, and organ-preserving surgery can lower the dose suppressive and hormone replacement therapy. Quality of life in patients with highly differentiated cancer of T1 - T2 after surgery is inversely proportional to the amount of intervention and significantly higher in organ-saving operations. Survival rate of patients with highly differentiated thyroid cancer T1 - T2 does not depend on the volume of surgical intervention.
