Appointment of high doses of thyroxine often causes negative effects of cardio - vascular system, and organ-preserving surgery can lower the dose suppressive and hormone replacement therapy. Quality of life in patients with highly differentiated cancer of T1 - T2 after surgery is inversely proportional to the amount of intervention and significantly higher in organ-saving operations.
